Chema’s was created in honor of my grandfather, a man who meant so much to our family. He was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather, and he served our country with pride.
His name belongs to more than this business. It belongs to our family’s memories, the love he gave us, and the example he left behind. Naming Chema’s after him is our way of keeping him close and sharing a little of what he means to us.
Everything we’re building is in his honor. Every time you welcome a piece of Chema’s into your home, you become part of a story that began with him.
