- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in the original condition received in.
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size/item, please return your original item and place a new order.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue + packaging label
We’ll fix it ASAP.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–7 business days after your return is delivered back to us.
